Applications Due by Sunday (Sept. 20) for Floyd County Deer Management Zone Hunt

Applications are due by this Sunday (Sept.20) for bow hunters wishing to participate in next month’s Floyd County Deer Management Zone Hunt.

That’s Floyd County Conservation Naturalist Heide Reams, who notes that deer hunters will be selected by random drawings.

Drawings for hunting participants will be held next Monday (Sept. 21), with the Deer Management Zone Hunting period set for October 19th through January 10th at the Tosanak Recreation Area near Marble Rock.

Applications are available at www.floydco.iowa.gov or at the Floyd County Conservation office.
