Chickasaw County Public Health ‘Walk with Ease” Program Begins Wednesday (06.24)

Chickasaw County Public Health is rolling out its “Walk with Ease” program starting Wednesday 906.24).

That’s Public Health Administrator Lisa Welter, who says the intervention program developed by the Arthritis Foundation.

Welter adds that regular walking and movement can reduce the risk of arthritis.

The first session is Wednesday from 4:00-4:30pm at Chickasaw County Public Health
