Iowa college students and emerging biofuel leaders have a chance to attend the 2027 National Ethanol Conference in Las Vegas next February, courtesy of the Renewable Fuels Foundation.
Applications for the Bob Sather Memorial Scholarship are due January 11. Open to students, young professionals, and military veterans, the program connects rising talent directly with industry leaders, policymakers, and technical experts.
Foundation Chairman Neal Kemmet calls the conference a prime opportunity for the next generation to learn, network, and prepare to lead the biofuels sector. The award covers full conference registration, hotel stay, and up to $500 in airfare.
With a limited number of scholarships available, Iowa applicants aiming to shape the future of renewable energy are encouraged to apply early.
