Chickasaw, Bremer County Conservation Team up for River Float Saturday (06.06)

Chickasaw County Conservation invites outdoor enthusiasts to a leisurely kayak journey this Saturday (06.06) at 10 AM.

That’s Matt Crayne, naturalist with Chickasaw County Conservation, who adds that, while it is a free event, pre-registration is preferred.

Crayne says participants are also welcome to bring their own kayaks. Officials are also preparing to shuttle floaters back to their vehicles afterwards.

As for your float down the river: come prepared.
