As of 5 pm Monday (04.06), fire crews were on the scene of a house fire just east of Riverside Cemetery in the 100 block of Hart Street in Charles City. The original fire call came in shortly after 4:30 pm and the house was fully engulfed in flames. Kellogg Street to the north and south of the intersection of Hart Street had been closed off to traffic.
