Winter Festival at Gilbertson’s Pond & Nature Center in Fayette County Saturday (01.10)

Fayette County Conservation invites the community to embrace the season at the Winter Festival, this Saturday (01.10) from 10 AM to 2 PM at Gilbertson’s Pond & Nature Center, just east of Elgin.

Families, friends, and winter enthusiasts of all ages are encouraged to bundle up for indoor and outdoor seasonal fun, including a variety of winter games, hands-on activities, cocoa, cookies, and more. Whether you love exploring snowy trails or prefer warm indoor crafts, there’s something for everyone.

The event is free and open to the public, offering a perfect opportunity to celebrate the beauty of winter and connect with the community. 

Activities will take place snow or shine.
