Jackie Kush – Upham Memorial Library Events in March/April

COMMUNITY CONVERSATIONS BROUGHT TO YOU BY FLOYD COUNTY MEDICAL CENTER:

Rob Getz spoke with Jackie Kush, director of the Upham Memorial Library on events coming up in the next few weeks.

Upcoming Events:

• Dogman Day today at the Library: games, crafts and photo ops
• Mexican Train is a dominos game we play @ 10 am every Tuesday Morning! All welcome to join us don’t know how to play we can show you! cookies & coffee served!
• Bingo:  1st Thursday of the month and the 3rd Thursday of the month we play bingo come join us for this free event!
• National Library Week, starting April 7th:  Great activities planned for National Library week! We kick the week off with helping out at the Fredericksburg Lions Club Pancake Breakfast the library will have spring crafts & a photo booth! Tuesday- Saturday stop in for beverages & cookies, 2 scavenger hunts throughout the library, Bluey coloring pages & crafts, and adult coloring pages as well.
• Evening Bingo, Thursday April 25th:  20 games $1 per card beverages & food available for purchase. 50/50 payout and all profits go to help fund programs at the library.
