It’s Homecoming next week for Charles City Schools.
That’s Comets Activities Director Dana Bohlen addressing the Charles City School Board Monday (Sept. 14) night. She added that food will be available at the tailgate for a free will donation.
Bohlen also noted a big night of varsity volleyball on September 24th.
Charles City will host Benton for the Homecoming football game September 25th, with Comet fans encouraged to enjoy pre-game festivities.
The varsity football game kicks off at 7:30 PM on the 25th, with the Homecoming Dance on Saturday, September 26th.
The Comets Homecoming Court has been announced, with Queen candidates including Miyah Stevenson, Kinleigh Bahe, Lyla Rogstad, Sophia Calpito, and Averiana Wohlers.
King candidates include Patrick Bruening, Tyler Heitz, Silas Cleveland, Justin Williams, and Anthony Childs.
