New Administrators for Nashua-Plainfield Schools Host “Coffee & Conversation” Saturday  (07.25)

In addition to a new superintendent, the Nashua-Plainfield School District enters the new school year with new principals.

On July 1st, Tom Harskamp became the new shared superintendent for the Nashua-Plainfield and Tripoli school districts. He’ll be joined by new Junior/Senior High School Principal Jessica Nelson and new Elementary Principal Kristi Hannemann for a “Coffee & Conversation” session Saturday from 7:30 to 9:30 AM at Roosters Coffee in Nashua.

Harskamp takes over for Jay Marley, who left after two years to become the superintendent of the Clayton Ridge School District, which is a return to the roots of his wife.

Harskamp comes to Nashua-Plainfield after serving as head principal at Hoover Middle School in Waterloo. Prior to that, he was part of the administration team in the Charles City School District.
