The second of four Party in the Park (PIP) events is set for Friday (06.19) in Charles City.
From 5 to 9 PM in Central Park, it’s music, food, beverages and family friendly activities hosted by Main Street Charles City. Note that PIP tokens are used as the form of payment for food, beverages and select paid activities.
Officials add that, thanks to the generosity of an anonymous donor, there will be FREE street fair-style games and inflatables to enjoy, along with the live music of Deja Blue, plus food and more. The Llost Llamas 4-H Club will also be doing a balloon animal fundraiser, while the Boy Scout Pedal Cars and The Bridge Barrel Train are scheduled to be on hand as well.
All events subject to change. Visit charlescitychamber.com for the latest updates.
Additional Party in the Park dates in the 2026 Summer Series are set for July 24 and August 7th.
Visit Main Street Charles City on Facebook for more details.
Admission is always free and open to all.
