Floyd County Ikes Hosts Annual Chili/Chicken Noodle Soup Supper Friday (Oct. 16)

The annual Chili and Chicken Noodle Soup Supper hosted by the Floyd County Chapter of the Izaak Walton League will be served at a new location this Friday (Oct. 16), according to the Ikes’ Randy Vandeventer.

Vandeventer says they’ll also offer drive-thru and carryout to-go orders, with serving from 5 to 7 PM. Tickets $10 for adults and $5 for kids.

Vandeventer says proceeds from the supper help pay for Ike conservation projects.

The Floyd County Izaak Walton League also awards a scholarship each year to a student going into the conservation field.

Vandeventer adds that they’re always accepting new members.
