New Hampton Garbage Rates to Increase Starting Thursday (Oct. 1)

The City of New Hampton is alerting residents that LJP Waste Solutions (formerly Jendro Sanitation) has implemented a 3% increase in garbage collection rates.

Effective October 1, 2026, the monthly solid waste rate will increase from $24.86 to $25.30, an increase of 44-cents per month.

This rate adjustment is determined by the garbage service provider.

The 3% rate increase is only on the garbage fee of $14.83.
