Join Iowa State University Extension and Outreach Mitchell County, in partnership with Floyd County, for the 2026 Farmland Leasing Arrangements Workshop on Tuesday, August 18, at 1:30 p.m. at the Mitchell County Extension Office in Osage.
During this 2½-hour workshop you’ll learn about:
- Current cash rent trends and market outlook
- Determining a fair rental rate
- Improving communication between landowners and tenants
- Estate and succession planning considerations
- Legal updates affecting Iowa farmland leases
Registration is $25 per person and includes the latest Farmland Leasing Arrangements workbook.
