Tractor Crash Thursday (05.14) Near Charles City Still Impacting Traffic Friday (05.15)

A farm  implement rollover crash northeast of Charles City Thursday is still impacting traffic flow Friday.

The wreck occurred on Floyd County Road on T-64 at the Little Cedar bridge around 10 am Thursday, involving a tractor and manure spreader. The road and bridge were closed for several hours.

Floyd County Engineer Adam Miller says the bridge is currently down to one lane.

Miller says traffic flow is being controlled in a couple of ways until the bridge can be repaired.

No word on the identity and/or extent of injuries of the tractor operator.
