6th Annual Everybody Hurts 5K Run, Walk, Ride Friday (04.24) in New Hampton

It’s the 6th Annual Everybody Hurts 5K Run/Walk/Ride Friday (04.24) evening in New Hampton.

Audrey Drewelow is treasurer for Everybody Hurts.

That mission is personal to Drewelow.

Drewelow says those efforts include offering local training sessions with mental health experts, helping those who qualify pay for counseling services, and delivering support materials to those at funerals affected by suicide. They also have a grief support group that meets the fourth Sunday of the month from 1:30 to 3 pm at Saint Joe’s School in New Hampton.

This year’s Run/Walk/Ride is again headquartered at the Chickasaw Event Center, with registration for $20 starting at 4:30 pm and the race at 6 pm.  Non-runners/walkers/riders are also welcome.
