47th Annual New Hampton Lions Club Youth Wrestling Tournament Saturday (12.13)

The 47th Annual New Hampton Lions Club Youth Wrestling Tournament, for kids from tots through sixth grade, is set for this Saturday (12.13).

Lions Club President Dustin Lewis says $20 pre-registration online ends Friday (12.12) through Track Wrestling.

The event is one of their largest fundraisers of the year, with proceeds going back into the community, as evidenced by this weekend.

Other Lions Club projects include providing kids in New Hampton schools with free vision screenings.

Lewis adds that walk-up registration is also welcome Saturday morning at New Hampton High School, with weigh-ins for boys grades three through six from 7:45 am to 9:30 am. That’s followed by weigh-ins for Pre-K to second grade boys and all girls, who will wrestle only other girl competitors.
