It’s a “sleigh full” of holiday cheer Thursday (12.11) night in and around downtown New Hampton.
New Horizons Chamber Director Liz Zweibohmer says festivities begin at 5 pm, noting that participation is high for the Downtown Live Windows displays.
Zweibohmer says the theme this year is “Reindeer Games,” though no live reindeer are expected. The Holiday Lighted Parade down Main Street, from Water to Walnut starts at 5:30 pm
Because weather the past two weekends have impacted voting numbers for the Festival of Trees, Zweibohmer says a push is on for people to cast their ballots for the 15 non-profit groups with trees on display at New Hampton Municipal Utilities.
Voting can also be done during regular NHMU business hours through December 22nd.
