The Avalon Center in Charles City will host its third annual Turkey Trot Thanksgiving (11.27) morning.
Center Director Leah Weber says proceeds will help provide their therapists with counseling tools and supplies to provide their services in north Iowa.
Turkey Trot registration for $40 begins at 7 am Thursday at the Avalon Center, located at 1202 South Main Street in Charles City. The 5k Run/Walk starts at 8 am with dogs also welcome and costumes encouraged.
