Reunion Night Closes Out 2025 Party in the Park Season in Charles City

That’s music from an “all star” composition of musicians playing the final Party in the Park (PIP) for the 2025 season Friday (08.01) night in Charles City.

A large crowd turned out for Reunion Night at Central Park, thanks in part to dry conditions and temps around 70. The crowd also enjoyed a variety of music from the late 1960s, 1970s and early 1980s provided by some former members of the Iowa Rock & Roll Hall of Fame band, Endless Endeavour, along with Charles City-based Endless Summer. Musicians joining forces included Gene Parson, Med Lewis, Bruce Carr, Gary Parson, Chris Parson, Rick Anderson and Van Switzer.

Party in the Park has now wrapped its 22nd season in Charles City, which also included PIPs this summer on May 30th, June 13th and June 27th.
