Iowa State Patrol Reminds Drivers to Obey Move Over Law, Slow Down in Construction Zones, and Follow New Hands-Free Law

In this Community Conversation, Iowa State Patrol Trooper Tom Williams joins Mark Pitz to discuss important summer driving safety reminders for Iowa motorists.
