“101 Holsteins” Theme of Fredericksburg Dairy Days 2025, Starts Thursday (05.29)

It’s the 101st edition of Dairy Days Thursday (05.29) through Saturday (05.31) in Fredericksburg

That’s Dairy Days board member Jade Dix, who says Disney drives this year’s theme.

Dairy Days parades are at 10:30 am and 7 pm on Friday (05.30), followed by the Cowtippers Band in concert at the Beer Garden from 8 to 11 pm.

It’s also a free will donation for Saturday (05.31) night’s concert with Throwback Jack from 7 to 10 pm. 

Festivities get underway Thursday night, including the Food Truck Frenzy, carnival rides, and the milking contest.

Friday’s schedule also includes various free kids activities, the Fire Cow Race, and carnival rides.

Saturday entertainment includes the Dairy Show and Cow Pie Bingo, carnival rides and fireworks at 10 pm to cap off the three-day event.
