ISP’s Trooper Tom Williams Focusing on Driving with Less Distractions, Concerns on the SMRL for Young Drivers

Rob Getz spoke with Iowa State Trooper Tom Williams, Public Resource Officer from the District 8 office, on many concerns involving Distracted Driving during the warmer season ahead.  Williams also wants to clarify the recent questions on the Special Minor Restricted License (SMRL) specifications for our young drivers.  Further questions about the SMRL can be found on the Iowa DOT website.
