The Charles City Farmers Market is getting ready for the 2025 season.
Any and all vendors interested in participating in, or learning more about, are invited to attend the preseason vendor meeting on Monday (03.24) at 5:30 pm at the Main Street Charles City office at 401 North Main Street.
The pre-season meeting will include a recap of the 2024 season, the setting of any special dates and fees, potential changes to the market, advertising strategy, collection of input from vendors and the start of vendor signups for the 2025 season. Vendors are welcome to participate on a day-by-day or season-long basis. Food trucks are also welcome.
The Farmers Market season is scheduled to open on Saturday, May 3rd, and run through October 18th. The Market will be open from 9 to noon on Saturdays and from 3:30 to 6 pm on Wednesdays along Blunt Street adjacent to Central Park.
Market offerings generally include fresh produce, baked goods, honey, flowers and plants, craft items, specialty soaps, jewelry and more.
