* WHERE...In Iowa, Floyd, Mitchell, Allamakee, Chickasaw, Clayton,
  Fayette, Howard, and Winneshiek Counties. In Wisconsin, Crawford
  and Grant Counties.

* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to noon CST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite
  on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 20 to 34 below expected.

* WHERE...All of northern and central Iowa into a good portion of
  southern Iowa.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to noon CST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite
  on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind chill values may fall to similar levels
  again Monday morning and Tuesday morning.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest Illinois and east central,
  northeast, and southeast Iowa.

* WHEN...From 3 AM to noon CST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero
  could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
  Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is
  exposed to these temperatures.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.

Keep pets indoors as much as possible.

Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure
portable heaters are used correctly. Do not use generators or grills
inside.
