Students, Substitute Teachers Saluted Friday (11.22) During American Education Week

American Education Week 2024 (Nov. 18-22) is wrapping up.

Jenny Adam, fifth through eighth grade band director for the New Hampton School District, says substitute teachers are saluted Friday (11.22). 

Students are also saluted on Friday, which Adam says is the backbone of everything teachers, subs, support staff, administrators and school board members do. She says parents can also aid in the education environment.

The theme for American Education Week is “Together for Safe, Just, & Equitable Schools.”
