Ben Hilyer – Howard County Sheriff’s Office on fundraising efforts for K-9 Unit

Rob Getz spoke with Ben Hilyer, the K-9 handler, for Howard County Sheriff’s Office.  Hilyer talks about he ongoing fundraising efforts for their own K-9 for future operations.  This would be the first time a K-9 unit returns to the area after some 25 years.  Hilyer also discusses the importance of having their own K-9 in house and the cases in which they have to reach out to surrounding counties to fulfill their duties.
