New Hampton High School will host an Opportunity Fair Tuesday (03.12).
A Facebook post from the New Horizons Chamber says the first hour, from 1 to 2 pm will be dedicated to just NHHS students, who will have a chance to speak with military recruiters, area businesses and many college representatives to learn more about future jobs or career paths in and around New Hampton.Â
From 2 to 7 pm, the Opportunity Fair is open to the public for anyone interested in learning about job openings or looking for a new career path.
New Hampton Schools adds that there will be a representative from Northeast Iowa Community College (NICC) on site to help with any FAFSA questions. Students do not need to be planning to attend NICC in order to receive assistance with this. However, you will need to have your FSA ID created/approved before they can assist you.
