Fundraiser Saturday (02.030 for Charles City Two-Year-Old Battling Cancer

A fundraiser Saturday (02.03) night at the Floyd County Fairgrounds will benefit Charles City’s Axel Heller.

That’s event organizer, Kierstin Heim, who says Axel, son of Brock Heller and Jessica Chapman, recently went through his second round of chemotherapy at the University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital in Iowa City. 

Heim says Saturday night’s activities, from 5 to 7:30 pm at the Youth Enrichment Center, include a free will donation dinner, plus live and silent auctions.
