Floyd County Sheriff’s Offices Sets New High for Cancer Fundraiser

The Floyd County Sheriff’s Office is coming off a record performance with their latest “No Shave November” campaign to raise money for the Floyd County Cancer Fund. 

That’s Sheriff’s Senior Deputy Brian Tiedemann, who says the Cancer Fund helps families defray some of the costs associated with battling cancer like food and gas.

Tiedemann adds that donations can be made any time of the year at First Citizens Bank in Charles City.

Since 2013, the Floyd County Sheriff’s Office has raised over $68,000 for the Floyd County Cancer Fund.
