Both the Nashua-Plainfield and Charles City chapters of FFA are sponsoring Veterans Day programs on Friday (11.10).
Nashua-Plainfield senior Aiden Sullivan says their program will start at 10 am Friday in the High School gym.
The Charles City FFA Veterans Day event will be hosted in Comet Gym of the Middle School with doors opening at 9:45 am and the program starting at 10:15 am Friday morning.
There will be UTV transportation available for those who need it and all veterans in attendance will receive a yard sign made by the Charles City Welding Students and the FFA.
The Nashua-Plainfield FFA Veterans Day program will be broadcast on 95.9 KCHA with the Charles City FFA festivities airing on Fab Oldies 1580 AM/103.3 FM KCHA. Both programs will also be available through KCHA mobile apps. The Charles City FFA Veterans Day program will also be videostreamed at www.kchanews.comÂ
