ISU Extension Spring Field Day Wednesday Near Nashua

The ISU Northeast Iowa Research and Demonstration Farm near Nashua will host its Annual Spring Field Day this Wednesday (06.21).Â
Field Agronomist Terry Basol says presentation topics include current and future ag markets, weed management strategies, pollinator habitat, and crop disease updates. While geared towards farmers, Basol says information can also benefit those who garden, so you don’t have to farm to attend.
Basol adds that, in addition to the presenters, a special guest is expected to attend.
The Annual Spring Field day is free and open to the public from 1 to 4:30 pm Wednesday at the Borlaug Learning Center Headquarters on the ISU Northeast Research Farm and Demonstration Farm, west of Nashua.
