New summer hours are in effect as of Tuesday for the Charles City Public Library.
Director Annette Dean says the most notable change in hours are a result of popular demand.
Children’s librarian Stacey Leerhoff says there are also changes in the way kids can earn tickets for prizes with the library’s Summer Reading Program.
