After an absence of almost seven years, the North Iowa Community Action Organization has a full-service office operating again in Charles City.
Family Planning and WIC Maternal Health coordinator Carla Miller says the former TLC childcare center at 404 North Jackson Street is now a North Iowa Community Action HUB location.
Miller says the HUB, which opened last month, will host a Family Planning Clinic on Thursday (04.27).
Miller says they work to make services affordable to those who need them.
