The Charles City Chamber of Commerce is still accepting entries for its 2022 Photo Contest.Â
Tourism Coordinator Ginger Williams says, “This annual contest is a great way to gather new photos that can be used for publicity purposes and promoting our community to visitors. Additionally, we get a chance to highlight some of the wonderful photographers we have in the area.â€
The contest is free to enter, with an eight photograph limit per entrant. Entries are to be submitted in digital format, and all photos must be taken within Floyd County.Â
One winner will be selected in each category – People, Landscapes, Events, Everyday Life – and each of the four winners will receive $50 in Charles City Chamber Cash.
 Deadline for entries is Tuesday, November 30th. Forms and rules are available online and up at the Chamber office at 401 North Main Street.
