NEICAC Head Start Applications

Northeast Iowa Community Action Head Start is accepting applications for the 2022-2023 school year. Head Start is a free, full day, 5 days per week, preschool, for three-and four-year-olds. Nutritious breakfast, lunch & snack served daily. Our qualified teachers use the Creative Curriculum to help your child learn. Extended day services are available to those who qualify.
