10th Annual Crusade for a Cure — Saturday, September 5, 2026
Over the past decade, the local Crusade for a Cure event has raised more than $80,000 to support FTD and ALS research. This year’s 10th-anniversary milestone brings the community together for golf, awareness, and family-friendly festivities:
9:00 AM: 2-Person Best Shot Golf Tournament (Shotgun Start)
3:00 PM: Public Events Open (Silent Auction, BINGO, and Community Activities)
5:30 PM: Evening Live Music featuring the Bruce Bearinger Band
How to Get Involved
Community members, local businesses, and media representatives are encouraged to attend the August 18th courthouse reading, sponsor or register for the golf tournament, or join the afternoon public festivities on September 5th.
