Law Enforcement Searches for Missing/Runaway Northeast Iowa Female Juvenile 

Authorities are trying to locate a northeast Iowa teen who went missing over the holiday weekend.

The Winneshiek County Sheriff’s Office says they took a report Tuesday of a missing/runaway juvenile, 16-year-old Yaritze Pastor Junech  from Ridgeway. She is believed to have left her residence willingly in the early morning hours of July 3rd with a male subject that she met through social media.

Officials say Yaritze may be traveling to New York or Tennessee and is not believed to be in this area.  If you have any information about her whereabouts, contact the Winneshiek County Sheriff’s Office. 563-382-4268. 

The Winneshiek County Sheriff’s Office is working with the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, U.S. Marshals Service and FBI.
