Rockford RAGBRAI 2022 is following up last week’s community meeting with an organizational meeting tonight (05.09).
Rockford will serve as a pass-through town for RAGBRAI when riders head out from Mason City the morning of July 28th on their way to their eventual overnight stop that night in Charles City.
Tonight’s RAGBRAI organizational meeting begins at 7 p.m. at Rockford City Hall. Vendors, local business owners and volunteers are invited. Officials say any business, organization, group or people interested in having a liquor, food and vending spot should attend. Topics also include the bike route and vendor setup locations.
Ionia RAGBRAI 2022 is hosting its second informational meeting Wednesday night at 6 p.m. at City Hall. Ionia will be a pass-through town as riders embark from Charles City on July 29th en route to this year’s final overnight stay that night in West Union.
The agenda for the Ionia RAGBRAI meeting includes updates on organizational progress, continued steps in organizing details, and reviewing T-shirt design submissions before choosing a final design. Any Ionia resident, including kids, interested in submitting a T-shirt design must do so by this Wednesday.
