Foster Grandparents Roundup Tuesday in New Hampton

The Foster Grandparents program has been active in Charles City since 1972, making this year its 50th anniversary.

Operated as a service of AmeriCorps Seniors, the program is looking for more grandparents presence in New Hampton. An informational meeting for those interested in helping with school students is scheduled for 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the New Hampton Public Library.
