Prom weekend for New Hampton High School includes activities this Saturday and Sunday.
Grand March Saturday evening starts at 7 p.m. in the Old High School gym with doors opening at 6 p.m. Junior Alivya Weisner encourages attendees to get their Grand March tickets in advance to avoid long lines at the door.
The prom dance, with a theme of “Midnight Sky,” will be at The Pub at the Pinicon from 8:30 to 11:30 p.m. Saturday night, which Weisner says will be followed by Post Prom at the High School/Middle School cafeteria with student check-in by midnight.
On Sunday, prom festivities conclude with the Coffee House band and choir concert in the Competition Gym with student performers dressed in formal attire. Doors open at 1 p.m. with tickets $5 for adults, $3 for kids and activity passes accepted.
