One of north Iowa’s Largest employers announced Tuesday it has become the first industry brand to reach a historic landmark in production.
That’s Winnebago Industries’ Kelli Harms, who adds that the company marked the occasion with events across all its facilities, including a special event at its north Iowa campus in Lake Mills, where the vehicle ceremoniously rolled off the production line.
Harms says the event was particularly meaningful to Winnebago team members.
Harms says the company paused all other business operations to allow employees to join in the celebration as the 500,000 motorhome rolled off the production line Tuesday.
