AAUW, Chamber Set City, School Board Candidate Forums in Charles City

Charles City voters can hear from and learn more about candidates for mayor, city council and the Charles City School Board at a pair of candidate forums organized by the American Association of University Women (AAUW) and Charles City Area Chamber of Commerce.

Questions to be asked at the forums are being solicited from the general public prior to the events and can be submitted to or dropped off or mailed to Candidate Forum, c/o Charles City Chamber, 401 North Main St., Charles City, IA 50616. Questions need to be in the Chamber office by 5 p.m. October 19th in order to be considered by the selection committee.
