A Charles City man wanted on arrest warrants from two counties was taken into custody last week.
The Charles City Police Department arrested 33-year-old Joshua Finney in the 300 block of Patten Avenue shortly after 9 p.m. Thursday. He was wanted on a Floyd County warrant on a failure to appear for a domestic abuse assault charge. Finney was also wanted on various Clark County warrants for failure to appear for UWI, first offense; driving while barred; and marijuana, no bond.
Following his arrest last week, Finney was cited again for driving while barred, an aggravated misdemeanor; plus, driving while suspended and no SR-22 insurance on file, both simple misdemeanors.
