Nora Springs Boil Order Lifted

Residents and businesses in Nora Springs no longer need to boil tap water first before using it, after being advised to do so for almost three days.

The City lifted the boil order shortly after 8:30 a.m. Thursday morning. The original alert went into effect at 1:30 p.m. Monday, which  recommended boiling water from the tap or using bottled water for drinking, making ice, washing dishes, brushing teeth and preparing food.

Those with questions should contact City Hall.
