CCHS Students Selling Vintage Yearbooks

A huge surplus of old yearbooks have been found at the Charles City High School – some even dating back to 1926. And Dana Sullivan and her business class students are attempting to sell them to the community.

Sullivan says for those interested in taking their scheduled trip down memory lane – that the yearbooks they have are scattered between the years of 1926 and 2015. Each book is going for $15 and all the business dealings are being left in the student’s adapting hands.

Sullivan says each year the school always keeps two copies of that year’s yearbook – one for the vault and one for the library. But for instance from 1992, they have 42 yearbooks on hand. From 1972, they have 9.
