By: Rachel Chambers

Charles City – For parents in need of a place for their kids after school, Messiah Lutheran Church is hosting a Wednesday Windup every week starting January 8 through February. Wednesday Windup is an after school program open to kids from the age of kindergarten to sixth grade. Kathy Stevens of Messiah, encourages all children in the community to participate.

Each day begins at 3:30 pm and you may pick up your kids at 6:00 pm. If there is no school or it is let out early, Windup will not be held.

Windups will include snacks, learning, music and dance, crafts, and food! There is no cost to this event but for new students registration is required.
