Back in April, Charles City FFA member Bronson Forsyth visited the World Food Prize Iowa Youth Institute with other surrounding area members. After writing a paper on how to diminish world hunger in other countries, Forsyth was chosen to attend the Global Youth Institute in Des Moines earlier this year.
Forsyth’s paper focused on Chad, Africa.
Forsyth, explained the vast water shortage in Chad and offered solutions.
At the conference, Forsyth estimated he spent 80% of his day listening to speakers – everyone with fresh ideas on how reestablish world essentials.
