Charles City – Severe storms have been populating our Northeast Iowa skies the last couple days and Meteorologist Logan Lee says it could continue throughout the week; possibly causing some deplorable side effects.
Northeast Iowa is slated to get 2 to 4 inches of rain by Thursday.
The high chance of heavy storms this week doesn’t necessary predict a flood, Lee says his prediction would need hang on a case by case basis.
Lee says that September severe weather happens, but is much less likely than in July and August.
