Lee Brice has signed on to perform at this year’s A Capitol Fourth.

Carole King will headline the show, joined by Vanessa Carlton, who plays her on Broadway.

John Stamos hosts the show, which will air on PBS.

Brothers Osborne have a unique take on performing live. They say if they are not going to do anything different with their songs in concert, fans might as well just stay home and listen to the records.

John and T.J. have a live album, recorded at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, coming out in the fall.

Congratulations go out to Luke Combs who has been invited to become the newest member of the Grand Ole Opry.

During his June 11th appearance on the legendary stage, Luke was joined by fellow country stars Craig Morgan, Chris Janson, and John Conlee after performing “She Got the Best of Me.” After John told him how much the Opry loved him, the three gentlemen, in unison, said “How would you like to be the next member of the Grand Ole Opry?”

From the looks of Luke’s genuine and emotional reaction, we can assume the answer is “yes.”

Luke will be officially inducted later this year.

Keith Urban will bring his Grafitti U tour to fairs and festivals this summer — with some new elements.

He says, “I’m always looking for something a bit different when I go to see a show, especially when I see someone more than once — the set list, production, lighting, even just the vibe. So I decided to change it up for the summer — have some fun and do something a bit different.”

Tickets are available now.

Chris Berg

Chris was born in Webster City and raised in Charles City. As a young kid, he would always be caught singing along to songs on the radio. He says he's good at karaoke but we think otherwise. ;) In his free time, he enjoys beginning new projects at home and hardly ever finishing them. Chris lives in Charles City with his wife Vicki, daughter Brynlee and son Jaxon.
