Charles City, Iowa – Strong Libraries Make Strong Communities –   That’s the motto for this year’s national library week.

Annette Dean with the Charles City Public Library says the importance of the theme is libraries are bringing people together.

She says libraries welcome anyone and they’re looking at different ways to make accessibility a priority.

The food will be donated to the local food pantries.

If you have questions about any of the programs, you can contact the library with questions.
